Jamie has been with Acrewood since its inception and has served as a member of the investment team of LBCW, the Hamlin family office, since 2010. Jamie leads Acrewood’s real estate bridge equity business. He is also responsible for asset management and manages the firm’s operations. Prior to joining Acrewood, Jamie was Vice President of Strategy and Finance for a private equity-backed holding company where he provided executive support for portfolio company managers and successfully led a number of financing and M&A transactions. Jamie also spent five years as an investment banker at Boenning & Scattergood, Broadview International, and finally as Vice President of M&A at FBR Capital Markets. Jamie received an AB in Economics with a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
